The Club brings 10-12 CHROs and senior HR leaders together for an invitation-only executive evening, built around one strategic issue and one exclusive commercial partner.

You define the audience. We curate the room and create the conversation.

Some conversations deserve a smaller room.

In a world of large stages and crowded agendas, The Club creates a different space – a private, invitation-only evening for meaningful dialogue between CHROs, senior HR leaders and one carefully selected partner.

Some conversations deserve a smaller room.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A few things partners usually ask.

Every Club is built around a different audience, market and strategic priority. Here are a few of the questions we are asked most often.

How is The Club different from a conference sponsorship?

The Club by HR World Media is a private, invitation-only executive dinner for 10–12 CHROs and senior HR leaders, built around one strategic issue and one exclusive commercial partner.

Unlike a conference sponsorship, which is designed for broad visibility and reach, The Club is designed for depth, relevance and meaningful executive conversation. There are no competing sponsors in the room and no exhibition environment. The partner has time to engage a carefully selected group of senior HR decision-makers around a subject that matters to them.

Can we define the audience we want to reach?

Yes. Every Club starts with your brief.

You can define the audience by seniority, function, company size, sector, geography and priority accounts. This might include CHROs, Chief People Officers, HR Directors or senior leaders responsible for areas such as talent, workforce transformation, employee experience, people analytics or HR technology.

HR World Media then identifies, approaches and qualifies the senior executives who best fit the agreed profile.

Will we meet fewer people than at a conference?

Yes – intentionally.

A typical Club brings together 10–12 senior HR leaders rather than hundreds of conference attendees.

The objective is not to maximise the number of contacts. It is to create the right environment for longer, more relevant conversations with a carefully curated group of executives.

Fewer contacts. Better context. Stronger relationships.

Where can you host a Club?

A Club can be created wherever your target audience is.

There is no fixed city calendar. We build each executive dinner around the market and audience defined in the partner brief.

The Club can be delivered across major business centres in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, including markets such as London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris, Zurich, New York, Dubai, Singapore and Sydney.

The location follows the audience.

How far ahead should we plan?

We recommend allowing approximately 6–10 weeks from confirmation to delivery.

This gives us sufficient time to define the audience, develop the editorial theme, identify executive contributors, personally recruit the right senior HR leaders and organise the venue and hospitality.

For multi-market programmes, we can plan several Clubs together as part of a coordinated international programme.

What is included?

HR World Media manages the complete Club programme from brief to delivery.

This includes:

Audience strategy and targeting — defining the seniority, functions, sectors, company size, geography and priority accounts.
Executive recruitment — identifying, personally approaching and qualifying 10–12 senior HR leaders.
Content and programme development — creating the theme, title, discussion questions and executive contribution format.
Executive contributors — identifying and coordinating the moderator, panellists and practitioner perspectives where appropriate.
Venue and hospitality — sourcing and managing an appropriate premium private setting, dinner and hospitality.
Production and delivery — complete programme management and on-site execution.

Each Club is delivered for one exclusive commercial partner, with no competing sponsors in the room.
